Welcome to EzyPark! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

1. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By registering an account or making a reservation, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

 

2. Reservations and Payment

• Reservation Confirmation: Your parking slot is reserved only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email or app notification.

• QR Code Entry: You are responsible for the proper use of the QR code provided for entry and exit.

• Payment: All transactions must be completed via supported payment methods, including integrated e-wallets.

• Late Exits / Overstay: Additional fees may apply if you exceed your reserved time.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the reserved time may be eligible for a partial or full refund (subject to our refund policy).

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• EzyPark reserves the right to cancel reservations due to technical issues, safety concerns, or operational constraints.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Tamper with the parking system, QR codes, or app functionality

• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the platform

• Violate any applicable local, regional, or national laws

• Park in unauthorized areas or misuse reserved parking slots

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the EzyPark website and app—including logos, icons, software code, and design elements—is the property of EzyPark or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Third-Party Services

Some features of our Services may include third-party integrations (e.g., payment processors, map services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzyPark shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services

• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

• Technical failures, system outages, or unauthorized access to your data

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzyPark, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
